Return & Refund Policy

We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment - without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free return.

Condition to return a product to H-deux Suiso S.A.S. Customer Service :

We will accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Items must be in the original packaging with label.

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible.

Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments. Please include the invoice in the package. Ship the item via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

All returns/exchanges will be at the discretion of h-deux.com.
